Website content is provided for general informational purposes. Estimates, savings examples, timelines, incentives, financing information, and service availability may vary by property, location, utility, eligibility, and other circumstances. A website inquiry does not create a contract for services.
SMS Program
When you check the SMS consent box on our website or otherwise provide documented consent, you agree to receive text messages from Simple Modern Energy about your inquiry, solar and energy-service options, qualification questions, and appointment scheduling or reminders. Messages may be sent using automated technology and may transition into a one-to-one conversation with an energy advisor.
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and conversation. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent Is Optional
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. You may submit a website inquiry without selecting the SMS consent checkbox.
Opt Out and Help
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. We may send one final confirmation of your opt-out. Reply HELP for help, call (385) 644-6355, or emailadmin@simplemodernenergy.com. After opting out, you may opt in again only by providing a new affirmative request or using a supported opt-in keyword such as START.
Eligibility and Acceptable Use
You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of the wireless account holder. You agree to provide a valid mobile number that you are authorized to use and to notify us if that number changes.
